An accomplished Licensed Massage Practitioner since 2004, Marisa came to the Kirkland Massage Center in May of 2013. She received initial training at the National Holistic Institute of Emeryville, Ca, and went on to certification through the Bellevue Massage School after relocating to Washington State. Among her diverse experiences were engagements with the Gene Juarez Spa for Therapeutic Massage and Body Treatments and Mercer Wellness Chiropractic Center in Therapeutic Massage.

Additionally, she was on call at the Mercer Care and Rehabilitation Center providing therapeutic massage for long-term as well as rehabilitation patients in their care. At this point she decided to venture into building her own clientele at the Kirkland Massage Center. She has been providing essential health maintenance therapy in this setting while growing this practice. Marisa is licensed in the State of Washington and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals as well as the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Modalities include: Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Injury Treatment, as well as Hot Stone and Pregnancy Therapy.

Juli Butler, BS, LMP - Owner
Juli began her massage career at Kirkland Massage Center in 1996. She specializes in myofascial release, deep tissue, injury treatment and sports massage. She has worked with a number of area healthcare providers including the Center for Women's Health at Evergreen. She received her massage training from Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle. She is also a certified teacher with Training In Power Academy, a healing system based on ancient and modern energy techniques. Juli is licensed in the State of WA, and is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Juli received her Bachelor of Science degree from Missouri State University.
